Balanced Body Fitness and Wellness is a Private Personal Trainer Service. All sessions are both Personal one-on-one and Private, which simply means, no pressure, no distractions, no judging and no-one gawking at you.

We are committed to providing you with an informative, productive session that gets results. Exercise sessions are fun but tough, you will feel like you worked hard without that debilitating pain associated with gym training sessions.

Personal Training Sessions are 60 minutes and you have the option of arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointments for cardio warm-up. Heart monitors are mandated.

 On site Massage Therapy  Sessions are available before or after each Personal Training Session. What a great way to finish off Training Sessions.
